Back in stock alerts

Don't lose sales when your inventory runs out - the "back in stock" feature makes it easy for customers to sign up for an alert email and complete their purchase when you've re-stocked.

Features include:

• set and forget - once you enable the function, it all runs automatically
• your customers can register their email address on all out of stock products or product variations
• alert emails automatically sent out to waiting customers as soon as you update your stock levels
• alert emails feature the main product image and direct links for quick and easy completion of purchase
• can be used for flash sales or pre-order sales
• list of requested products showing number of customers waiting

The Stock Alerts app is available on the Advanced plan.

Add it to your site

1. Ensure you're on the Advanced plan.
2. In the left menu, go to Apps > Shop > Stock alerts > Settings.
3. Enable the Stock Alerts app, and save your changes.
4. Customers will now be able to register for stock alerts.
