Some common questions you might have before you sign up...
How much is it?
When you first sign up, you're automatically on our feature-rich, no-obligation, FREE plan, and you can stay there for as long as you need, up to a year. When you're ready, you'll be able to upgrade to the plan level that suits your needs. See pricing for our full range of plans here.
How much is the domain?
For annual plans, we include one complimentary custom domain per website (.com, .com.au, .net, or .net.au) - yep, a free domain! For monthly accounts, you will need to purchase your domain elsewhere and connect it to your Nimbo website.
What other ongoing costs are there?
All you'll need to pay is the cost of your plan, unless you decide to use our optional concierge service.
What if I change my mind?
If you're still on the free plan, you can simply delete your account - no obligations, nothing to pay.
If you've upgraded to an annual plan, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee - if you cancel your website within this time, we'll provide a full refund.
If you've upgraded to a monthly plan, you can choose to cancel the auto-renewal, and the next month will not be charged.
Does my account come with email?
At this stage, Nimbo doesn't offer email hosting, however we may look at offering this in the future.

If you have an account already, please sign into your account and lodge a support ticket so we can provide you with the most relevant help. (In the control menu, go to Help & support > click the support ticket link at the bottom of the page.)
