Have you had trouble with adding images to your website pages recently? Our clever technical team has been able to get to the bottom of this occasional issue and even larger images now save successfully. 

You can now control which membership groups can access shop promos — perfect if you don't want your wholesale customers accessing retail offers. Find the new option in the settings for each group. 

Ever needed to resend one of your website's automatic emails, such as an order confirmation? Now you can. Find the new Resend button in the Email history app.

Your website now has support for LLMs.txt files, which lets you signal to AI crawers how large language models should interact with your site content. Add it to the textarea under Settings  >  Custom code  >  LLMS.txt content.

Your search engine results have just been levelled up for product details pages, with schema markup now including up to three breadcrumb levels. This can help show more meaningful search results and boost click-through rates.

Please bear with us while we iron out a few post-move wrinkles, but those aside, everything’s running better than ever — quicker load times, improved reliability, and enhanced data protection. 

Have you noticed your site loading a bit slower than usual lately? Over the past few weeks we have seen a massive escalation in bot attacks. We’ve put stronger measures in place to block them, but it’s a tricky balance because if we make things too strict it can slow things down for real users too. We’re still adjusting these settings and keeping a close eye on the impact, which explains the slowness and occasional crashes you may have seen. In the meantime, we are also preparing to upgrade Nimbo's server in the coming weeks, which will help to make the whole system (including your website) faster and more resilient against these kinds of challenges. Thanks for your patience, and for sticking with us!

If you're worried reCaptcha challenges might be preventing some people from sending you enquiries through your contact form, you now have the ability to turn it off. Find the new option in the Contact form settings under the Apps menu. 

Product reviews are a great selling tool - but you may not want to invite your Wholesale customers to leave a review. You can now limit which membership groups receive the automatic review invitation email. Find the new option on the Review settings page.

If you've spent time fine-tuning your ideal blog post layout, you may be interested to know that you can now clone a post - perfect for using it as a starting point for your next post. Find the new clone button on the "Manage posts" page.

We're excited to announce that the editor at the heart of the Nimbo platform is undergoing a long overdue upgrade! Reorganising your products? If you have a large inventory, this task is now a lot quicker with the mass moving tool, integrated into the manage products area. Available on the Advanced plan.

The new "catalogue mode" allows you to display your products without taking online orders. This feature is available on the Advanced plan, or via add-on for the Ecommerce plan.

Launch an instant sale in one click with the new shop-wide discount feature - no codes required for your customers. Find it on the Mass price update page in the Products section of the shop app.

Perfected the ideal web page layout? You can now use it as a starting point to create new pages. Find the new "clone" feature under the options menu (green cog) of each page.

If you need to keep an eye on the timing of shipping your orders, try the new "Dispatch date" feature, which automatically calculates the due shipping date for each order for you. To use this feature, set your own number of days on the Shop settings page > Misc tab.

Display a note for your customer on their order invoice with the new "Invoice message" feature. Find the field on the order details page.

Our integrated currency converter is finally here! Make shopping easier for your international customers by letting them choose to display prices in their local currency. Available on the Advanced plan, or via add-on for the Ecommerce plan.

If you use the shop app's search function to find, update and edit your products, you can now specifically search by SKU code. To use it, in the search field type sku: followed by your SKU code, for example sku:A123 - this works even for very short codes!

The automatic abandoned cart email feature now sends out an additional reminder after 72 hours (3 days), to further increase your chances of customers completing their unfinished orders. Check that you have this enabled under Shop settings > Checkout tab > Send emails to abandoned carts.

It's now easier for site visitors to locate their search term when following links from the in-site search results page. Search terms in simple text will be clearly highlighted, and any FAQ answers containing the term will be automatically expanded.

How fast your product pages load can have a big impact on your search ranking, but sometimes superior image quality is more important - so we have given you the ability to choose. Find the new option on the Shop settings page > Product details pages tab.

Have you claimed your free email address? ICYMI, our annual plans from Business and above all offer a free mailbox at your custom domain (eg. info@yourwebsite.com.au). If you don't have one yet, just let our support team know what address you want and they'll set one up for you!

We've improved the automatic sharing info added to every page of your website to increase compatibility with more social platforms. This new info will be overridden by any custom social tags you've added, either site-wide or for individual pages.

Showcase what your customers or clients have said using the new slideshow feature of the Testimonials app. Choose centred or left-aligned, and include as many testimonials as you like, without taking up precious screen space. See the help article for demo video and details.

You can now sell virtual products with files that are hosted somewhere else - all you need is the download link. Customers will purchase and access the files the same way as with files you've uploaded directly to Nimbo. Find the new "Remote file" option in the virtual product File Manager on the edit product screen.

You can now choose how posts are displayed on your blog index page - in a grid, with the most recent post featured, or in a list, stacked one under the other. Find the option on the Blog app settings page.

New display options have been added for showing your shop categories on any page in your site - ideal for leading customers directly into your shop straight from the home page. Check out the full range in the content blocks menu under "App blocks > Shop".

Our membership app now allows you to manage which individual member accounts can log in - you'll find the option to enable or disable this function when you go to edit a member on the member list page.

One of the most common questions we get from new website owners is how they can find their new site on Google. Follow the steps in our new help article to learn how to get it to start showing up in search results.

Content managed via the FAQ app can now be included in your in-site search results for specific pages. For more info, see the FAQ help article.

If you're using the product ratings and reviews feature, you'll see the star rating now also appears on your product listing page, enabling customers to identify well-rated items at a glance. See an example of how it looks on the demo website.

If it's important for you to have your customers explicitly accept your terms and conditions when they place an order, you can now require them to tick an agreement checkbox before they can check out. Find the new feature on the Shop settings page > Cart tab.

Subscription orders are coming! Because of how customer credit card data needs to be securely stored for repeat charging, you'll need to have a merchant account with Pin Payments to offer product subscriptions on your website. If you don't have one yet, apply now so you can be ready to start straight away when the feature is released.

Would you like a bit more detailed info on your website visitors than you can get from the Quick Stats graph on your Dashboard, but you're not quite up to the steep learning curve required for Google Analytics? If your website has a custom domain, you can now access the advanced statistics tool connected to your hosting account. Find the link under the Quick Stats graph.

We've just released a new add-on for the Ecommerce plan! The product image upgrade add-on helps you level up your image game with options for zoom, image slider, thumbnail control, and the ability to set specific images for each stock variation. Go to Apps > Add-ons to get this functionality for your site.
