Adding alt tags to images
Search engines can't see images, so they rely on ALT (alternative) text attributes to determine relevance to a search query. Images with ALT text are also more likely to appear in a Google image search, and screen readers use this text to provide context for visually impaired users.
To add ALT text to an image, in the editor hover over the image, click the orange link icon that appears, enter text in the "Title" field, and click ok.
Background images don't have ALT text.
