Gift cards

Gift cards are a proven way to increase sales - offer your customers digital gift cards for use in your online shop.

Features include:

  • digital gift cards can be purchased for any amount between $10 and $1000
  • customers can choose to either receive the card themselves as an email attachment (which they can then print and hand to the recipient), OR they can choose to have a gift card message and information sent directly to the recipient's email address
  • option to include a personalised note on the gift card
  • gift cards can be bought alongside other items, including other gift cards
  • redeeming is a simple as entering the unique gift card code during checkout
  • option of using custom gift card artwork

The Gift card app is available on the Advanced plan or as an add-on for the Ecommerce plan.

Add it to your site

  1. Ensure you're on the Advanced plan (or have enabled this add-on for Ecommerce).
  2. In the left menu, go to Apps > Shop > Gift cards > Settings.
  3. Enable gift cards, enter your initial settings, and save your changes.
  4. Customers will now be able to purchase and redeem gift cards on your site.
